Apple to ship 380,000 of the new Air units in its first shipment.
According to a report from Reuters, Apple is all set to release its refreshed Macbook Air lineup this month.
The news outlet cites a report from Taiwan’s Economic Daily, which says that Apple’s first shipment of the new Air notebooks will total up to about 380,000 units. The new Airs are expected to feature Intel’s Sandy Bridge processors, Thuderbolt I/O ports, and better Intel graphics engine.
Additionally, the Economic Daily also reported that the iPad 3 is scheduled to release in the fourth quarter, and will have resolutions 5-6 times higher than iPad 2′s. That’s a new one.
