Says products like Sidekick 4G, Nexus S 4G, Galaxy Tab, and Samsung F700 copied their designs as well.
Apple has teased the storm brewing between it and Samsung once again, adding new products and patents in its court complaint against the Koeran manufacturers.
According to Appolicious, Apple has now included Samsung products such as DROID Charge, Sidekick 4G, Exhibit 4G, Infuse 4G, Nexus S 4G, Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Galaxy S II, including their packaging and packaging inserts, that they believe are infringing on its design patents.
That’s not it, though. Apple also claims that Samsung F700, a 2007 model, was one of the first hardware by the company that copied “the clean flat clear surface of the Apple iPhone Trade Dress and the Apple iPhone/iPhone 4G/iPhone 4 Trade Dress.”
Samsung has yet to respond to the fresh claims.
