According to a report from Chinese news site (via DigiTimes), three Foxconn employees were arrested, and now charged,  for leaking iPad 2′s design to outside accessory companies in China.

Apparently, online shopping retailers in China were able to sell iPad 2′s protective case products even before the product had launched, raising suspicion at Foxconn  that it could be some of their own employees behind the leaks.

The local police had arrested three suspects on December 26, 2010, but now have charged them on the count of violating the company’s trade secrets on March 23, 2011.
