DCC MEA: Parrot AR.Drone live demonstration

The AR. Drone lands in UAE!

One of the coolest gadgets on display during DCC was Parrot’s AR.Drone which got a live hands-on demo of. As you can see from the video below, the AR.Drone is designed to be a game, but not in the traditional sense. You actually control a live quad-propeller drone that you can control via your iPhone or any other iOS device. You can direct the drone via onscreen touch-controls while the screen shows a live feed from the on board camera. The AR.Drone will be available from June onwards. We’ll have more details on it soon.
