Sony wins court battle against LG, PS3s to be returned

LG ordered to pay Sony €200,000 per day until units are returned.

Good news Playstation fans of Europe, you can now continue splurge on your favorite hardware. InsideGamer reports that LG has lost the court case against Sony to seize Playstation units across Europe.

The court has ordered all of the 300,000 seized consoles to be returned to Sony and said that future shipments of the consoles will allowed in Europe without breaking the law. Additionally, the court also laid massive fees on LG for their behavior. LG will have to pay €130,000 in court fees and €200,00 per day to Sony until all of the consoles are returned back.
