Rumours of new HTC revolver surface hinting at possible Honeycomb phone.

The guys at Engadget seem to have gotten their hands on both an image plus the specs of what appears to be HTC’s latest flagship phone.

The ‘Revolver’ is set to be released in the third quarter of this year and is set to feature a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, 4.3 inch capacitive screen, 16GB storage, 1GB ram and a 8MP/3MP front and back camera combo. All that aside, the most intriguing part though, is it reportedly will feature Android version 3.0 (Honeycomb).

Only time will tell how the supposed ‘tablet only’ OS will fit in on a smartphone.

Hands-down that’s possibly the most awesomest name a company has ever come out for a smartphone. I would buy it that just to say “I have a Revolver”.

That plus ‘Hang on, let me just whip my revolver out’
