Company claims theft of trade secrets on Googles part.

In what is looking like an increasingly common occurrence Google has been sued by yet another company. This time VoIP, the company filing the suit, alleges that Google has stolen trade secrets for click-to-call adds.

According to the folks over at Engadget, a series of suits regarding the technology have flown back and forth between the two company’s. VoIP claims that Google entered into an agreement by a subsidiary of VoIP back in 2005 for technology where customers could call a company just by clicking on an ad. Google came back alleging VoIP violated a nondisclosure agreement by making the issue public.

chances are this banter could go on for a while.
