The tablet runs on a heavily modified Android 2.3 OS called Eden. It is the first shipping device to carry nVidia’s 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor and has 1GB of low power DDR2 memory. Other specification include 8GB of on board flash storage, 10.1 screen (LCD or Pixel Qi) and support for 802.11b/g/n wireless as well as 3G.
