Overclocked beast.

Good: Factory overclock is stable; Great performance; Super quiet
Bad: Little room for further overclocking
Price: AED 1648

As usual, our testbed comprises of an Intel Core i7 965EE @ 3.2GHz on an ASUS Rampage II Extreme motherboard, packing 3x 1GB Corsairs XMS3-1333 ram, a Kingston 64GB V-Series SSD running Windows 7 Ultimate; all of which is powered by a Corsair HX1000W PSU. I’ve compared the GTX 570 SP to the Zotac GTX 570 and GTX 580, plus the recently released ATI HD 6970 and ASUS EAH6870.

As you can see the GTX 570 Sonic Platinum is consistently 7% ahead of the regularly clocked GTX 570 while being an average of 9% behind the GTX 580.
