RIM scores lowest.

Despite the reception issues, hardware troubles and plethora of other problems that has kept iPhone 4 consistently on the news, it has not deterred users from enjoying their smartphone.

In a survey from ChangeWave Research, 77% of the iPhone 4 users are satisfied with the product, topping the chart among mobile phone makers. Following it is Motorola with 71%, HTC with 63%, Samsung with 45% and the RIM with 44%.

“As we’ve consistently seen in our consumer smart phone demand surveys, the Apple iPhone continues to outperform the industry in terms of customer satisfaction.”

If you are looking for satisfaction ratings among specific models, the iPhone 4 scores 84% compared to Blackberry Touch (64%), or Motorola Droid X (71%), with Samsung Galaxy S scoring bottom low with only 55% of user satisfaction.
