Decent bump from the original.

Today we come full circle with our GTX 460 coverage as Zotac provides us with their latest take on Nvidia’s high-end mainstream GPU series. As usual, Zotac likes to keep things simple and effective. The redesigned GTX460 2GB comes with a slightly redesigned cooling system along with the extra 1GB on the PCB. On the card itself are four convenient connectors: two DVI connectors, an HDMI and a DisplayPort.

Part of the packaging is a copy of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and a trial code for StarCraft II. The card also comes with your usual dosage of instruction manuals and drivers CD, along with two molex to PCIE power plugs and a DVI to VGA adapter.

The new cooling solution provides sufficient heatsink fins on all the Samsung memory chips including the Fermi core. Spreading it all out the Zotac GTX460 2GB actually looks quite pleasing to the eye; not too flashy, not too boring.
