Microsoft Surface hands-on at GITEX

A quick demo of Microsoft’s Surface.

Microsoft’s stand at GITEX 2010 had more than just Windows 7 running on various laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones. One of the star attractions of the show was the Microsoft Surface on display. Designed like a normal coffee table (only much more cool looking) with only a single wire sticking out of it’s side, Microsoft Surface is one hell of a device to have in every modern day home. Too bad about the price.

So far I have just heard about ‘Microsoft Surface’ being spotted in some five star hotels in emirates..I would like to know the actual price of this product if one wants to buy and from where one should order or purchase from.

Its a bit on the pricey side- $15,000 or almost AED 60,000. Still interested in buying one ;)
