We take a short look at RIM’s latest berry slider at the Gitex Shopper 2010.

RIM has a lot to show at this year’s Gitex Shopper. With a massive stand, Blackberry is making its presence felt with its new range of device on display. Among the recently announced smartphones like the Blackberry Curve 3G 9300 and Blackberry Pearl, the much awaited Blackberry Torch 9800 was available for a look as well in all its shiny glory.

The Blackberry Torch 9800 is one of the first devices to run the revamped Blackberry OS 6. It also comes packed with a all-new Web Kit browser, Blackberry App World 2.0, an enhanced music player, 5MP camera, built-in GPS, and integrated social feeds. The device also, finally, brings pinch and zoom feature for photos and web browsing.

Have a look at our hands-on for a taste of the new Blackberry, now available in stores for AED 2699.
