Samsung’s 7″ tablet-PC will release in the first week of next month; will see a Etisalat tie-in as well.
Eros Group, distributors for Samsung Electronics, have announced that they will be selling Samsung Galaxy Tab from the first week of next month, according to Gulf News.
“Samsung recognises the tremendous growth potential in the new concept of mobility and we believe that the Samsung Galaxy Tablet can enrich consumers’ online experience wherever they may be,” Deepak Babani, CEO Eros Group, told Gulf News.
“We expect to sell 10,000 units per month as we see exponential growth for this new product,” Babani said.
“We have tied up with etisalat and they have given us big numbers which are confidential.”
The 16GB version of Galaxy Tab is priced at AED 2,500 while the 32GB will sell for AED 3,100.
