Inaugurates the 39th retail outlet in the UAE.
Expanding its reach to customers further, Etisalat has opened the doors to its 39th retail outlet at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, its one-stop shop offering customers a broad range of Voice, Internet, multimedia and TV services along with a suite of its latest devices including 3G modems, routers, MobileCAM and Smartphones like BlackBerry and iPhone.
Located on the first level of the mall in the southern area and spread over nearly 214 square meters, this outlet is aimed to enhance the customers’ experience with its contemporary outlook, warm environment, latest tech gadgets in the market and an experienced customer care team. It is open from 10.00am to 10.00pm from Saturday to Wednesday and between 10.00am until 11:pm on Thursday and Friday offering customers an improved and wholesome retail experience.

Marina Mall shoppers and visitors will be able to visit the Etisalat outlet for new fixed-line subscriptions, prepaid Wasel and postpaid mobile connections, and Internet connections. The outlet is also fully equipped to provide customers information on services such as BlackBerry, iPhone, MobileCAM, 3G USB Modems, TV services and many more main and value-added services. The outlet also features a dedicated zone to demonstrate the Etisalat’s innovative service, e-Life utilizing the latest fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) technology and the implementation of Etisalat’s eLife triple play services combining telephony, Internet and TV services, all in one.
This outlet adds to the already-extensive list of dedicated Etisalat stores in various locations around the UAE. Some of the existing outlets are at the Mirdiff City Centre, Dubai World Trade Centre, the Arrival area of the Dubai International Airport, Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, the Arrival area of the Sharjah International Airport, Ajman City Centre, Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, Madinat Zayed Centre in Abu Dhabi and Al Hamra Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.
