Nod32 makers acquire Kosice-based antispam manufacturer.

Press release:
ESET, a global provider of security solutions, announced the acquisition of COMDOM Software ̵ a Kosice-based software company acclaimed for antispam solutions. The latest acquisition underlines the company’s strategy of solidifying its position as a premier developer of security software.

By making this acquisition, ESET is increasing its capacity for developing advanced security solutions. According to Miroslav Trnka, ESET CEO “ESET is a research and development-oriented company that is going to benefit from this merger by tapping into the potential of this manufacturer of advanced antispam solutions.
