Intel today debuted MeeGo 1.0, Nokia’s upcoming OS for mobile phones, in a public performance. In the videos below, the new platform is shown running on an Acer Aspire One laptop, on a TV, an unknown smartphone and a digital coupon machine. Sporting a simplified look, MeeGo shows support for regular applications like tasks, appointments, most-used apps, a quick launch bar, integrated support for Twitter an Facebook, internet and even 3D gaming. Mind that this Intel’s version of the MeeGo UI and will probably look a bit different from Nokia’s.
