Etisalat Rolls Out ‘Man City Alerts’ Campaign

English football fans can now enthusiastically book a date to watch Manchester City and Manchester United play live at the Manchester Derby football on 17 April 2010, as Etisalat offers its customers a splendid opportunity to win fully paid trips through its ‘Man City Alerts’ campaign.

Comprising of an all expense paid trip that includes air tickets, accommodation costs and stadium visit to match tickets, the opportunity awaits Etisalat customers who subscribe to Weyak-Man City alerts by simply sending an SMS ‘MC’ to 1110 for AED 4 weekly.

Etisalat announced last November its strategic partnership with Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) for the coming three years as the exclusive Official Global Telecommunication partner of MCFC.

Al Kharusi also revealed that by way of the sponsorship, Etisalat has the rights to invite MCFC to play a football match in UAE or any overseas territory against any nominated club or team, further details of which will be announced later.
