The features of the OCZ Gladiator Max would appear to be perfect for beginners looking for a quiet and decent cooling solution. It is a fairly easy procedure to setup the heatsink and install it on any socket on almost any motherboard available in the market today.

The heatsink didn’t perform as we expected it to, as the results show that the Gladiator Max heatsink hits the 100°C+ mark @ 1.32V on the CPU under load. We suspect that this is due to the low speed fan that is bundled with the heatsink. A base with a better polish could also improve temperatures greatly, along with better thermal paste.

The OCZ Gladiator Max is selling online for $47.22 and is expected to be available in the local market for AED 250.
