Oh God Why: ‘Epic Movie’ & ‘Disaster Movie’ guys making ‘The Hunger Games’ spoof called ‘The Starving Games’

At this point, these guys are just messing with us. After a thankful break from their awful spoof movies which include ‘Date Movie’, ‘Epic Movie’, ‘Disaster Movie’ and ‘Vampires Suck’ (which was the best of the bunch by a hair), they’re already working on their ‘Avatar’ spoof called ‘The Biggest Movie of All Time 3D’. If you thought that would keep them off the screens for a long time, prepare to be disappointed. Because the geniuses Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer are already working on a spoof of ‘The Hunger Games’ which will be most creatively titled ‘The Starving Games’. Yeah, that just happened.

Variety reports that the filmmakers (in the most barest of definitions) are now working on a send-off of the mega-hit of the year  ‘The Hunger Games’ and it will be called ‘The Starving Games’. Who wants to take bets that they will manage to include a dozen other action movies into the mix as well? Or not, I wouldn’t be surprised if they add in Wolverine in there. In ‘Disaster Movie’, they spoofed everything from Juno to Hulk to Iron Man to High School Musical in the same film. So anything is possible.

Wouldn’t change the fact that the film will be a steaming pile of garbage.
