Shia LeBouf Confesses He ‘Hated’ Transformers 2

Even though Transformers 2 was the second biggest film of 2009, it was one of the biggest disappointments in terms of film making at the same time. Critics and most audiences seem to agree. Now, a cast member has come out to agree with the same.

Shia LeBouf, who played the lead both the Transformers movies, said this about the movie BEFORE it was released:

“This movie is [Michael Bay's] best film. He’s getting better as he goes, The most important thing a director can do is establish a style. Michael Bay has a definite style.”

Great spin there and lying all around, but now that the movie has done all it could do, he’s coming out with the absolute truth (courtesy of Worst Previews):

“There are a lot of people that liked the second one, but I hated it. I just didn’t enjoy it. I thought we missed the mark. I got confused, I couldn’t see what the fuck was going on, you know, with certain robots… I couldn’t decipher what was happening. There were storyline paths that I just wouldn’t have gone down.”

I agree with every single point he made, and others that he forgot to make. Although I’m not impressed with the guy’s acting, I will say this – it’s a very bold move to badmouth a major movie released less than a year ago, especially when you are in the sequel for it set for next year. Maybe Michael Bay will take revenge by killing him off in the very first scene?
