Most know him as Neo, but Keanu Reeves has quite a flair for comedy as seen in ‘Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure’, a silly but fun sci-fi comedy that shot him to fame. There was a sequel after which Reeves moved on to other things. But is he returning?

MTV asked Keanu Reeves at the Oscars red carpet yesterday about the possibility of another Bill and Ted film, and surprisingly, he didn’t deny it. “I’m trying, I’m trying.” Those were his words.

Of course, he said it after laughing so it could be a joke. Or is it? The journalist followed up by asking if he was joking and Reeves replied “I’m not”. Is this still a joke or is he serious? To the question that Alex Winter (Bill) and him will re-unite, he replies ‘We’ll see’. Don’t believe me? Actual video after the jump.

I loved the charming first film but never saw the second. There was news that this was going to get rebooted and be direct to DVD (which is awful) but then we heard maybe the characters might re-unite at 50 with Reeves returning. What do you think?
