Heat Vision reports Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Final Destination 3, Black Christmas) and Joel Edgerton have been added to the cast as leads. I’m mostly unfamiliar with Edgerton’s work, but Winstead is a horror regular. Too bad most of the stuff she has done is utterly mediocre and I hope this isn’t an indication that they want to make a teen-friendly sequel to a classic.
