Johnny Depp, Owen Wilson, Jude Law among an ensemble cast approached for Wes Anderson’s next film
‘Moonrise Kingdom’ filmmaker could have an even bigger cast for his next venture.
After delivering a charming and bonafide hit with ‘Moonrise Kingdom’ a few weeks earlier, Wes Anderson’s next film is said to be ‘not family friendly’. But by the looks of it, it will also have the best ensemble cast that the director has ever assembled for his film.
Twitchfilm reports that the acclaimed director has visited and approached a bunch of high profile actors for roles in his next venture and here is the list of the actors that it includes – Johnny Depp, Owen Wilson, Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Jude Law, Jeff Goldblum, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe and Angela Lansbury. Of course, Johnny Depp is the biggest name of the bunch and it only fits for him to do a movie with Anderson since both love quirky material. Most of the others are regulars of the actor, but some other surprises mean that this could potentially be a huge cast. If everyone signs on, that is.
