My reaction is

We still have less than six months to go for ‘The Hobbit’ to invade our screens, but Warner Brothers is making sure that you know of that way beforehand. We’ve already seen the amazing teaser trailer and the early posters, but this new Comic-Con poster is another impressive one and brings back memories.

It’s a simple teaser image but those who’ve seen the Lord of the Rings trilogy exactly identify with the image of Gandalf walking into the Shire. It’s nostalgic and does the job.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey hits on December 14 2012, while The Hobbit: There and Back Again will release December 13, 2013.
