This could be the leaked poster to ‘The Wolverine’
Someone apparently used Instagram to upload a teaser poster of the upcoming Hugh Jackman starrer right from the director’s office.
Though I was more excited about ‘The Wolverine’ when director Darren Aronofsky was set to direct it, the upcoming film starring Hugh Jackman is a standalone installment about the character and will be directed by James Mangold. And looks like what you’re seeing below may be the teaser poster for the film right there.
Screenrant happened to discover the image on the Instagram service where it was apparently uploaded by someone who went to James Mangold’s office. Why does it look legit? Because the upcoming film is set in Japan and that’s exactly what we see here with the flag. Plus, it’s a perfect teaser for the film and gets you excited.
It might just be a fake, but is interesting nonetheless. The film is written by Christopher McQuarrie and looks at a July 26, 2013 release date. It will be a one-off story of Wolverine visiting Japan and falling in love with a Japanese woman, but having to battle hordes of samurais to win her.
