First Impressions
My reaction is

One fine morning, Cinestar Cinemas gives a sudden announcement on their official website that they are not only adding a lot of new offerings to their service, but are totally revamping their brand and name with the new title of VOX Cinemas.

While there could have been a more creative title and the move wasn’t really that necessary, the new title and branding definitely looks to be more streamlined than the Cinestar logo and it’s already visible with the different categorisations they’re aiming for. Plus, advancements are coming as the cinema chain will become the first one in the region to offer 4K Digital projection on their screens for the best viewing experience for the summer season.

Alongside that, Vox Gold cinemas are now having a table service and customised menu, reclining armchairs as well as the ability to see 3-D films in them, with the aim to become the ultimate luxury movie-going experience. There’s also the promise of a lot more new features to come, one of which I hope includes an IMAX screen somewhere closer to the city than Ibn Battuta Mall with Grand Cinemas.

What do you think of the new branding?
