Ahh, the Metal Gear Solid-coming-to-the-Xbox-360 rumors. Well, here is a spin on it. A rumor has started to spread on the intrawebs that Microsoft is looking to make their own MGS-type game to compete against Sony’s exclusive blockbuster.
According to the rumor, Microsoft has already met with a highly talented game studio and has already seen a demo of the game leaving them thoroughly impressed with it. The game is to take place in the future and will be centered on major political events from the past couple of years. The rumor also claims that the graphics will be something no one thought was possible on the Xbox 360 and will surpass anything shown on the PS3 yet (which doesn’t say much, now does it?).
Microsoft’s mantra is simple here. If you can’t join ‘em, beat ‘em! Of course, this is just a rumor and should we all take it with pinch of puff but rumors relating to Microsoft has a good track record of coming true. So hold tight as we bring you more info the moment we get a sniff on it!
C&C Tiberium Screenshots
Command & Conquer: Tiberium, the FPS currently in development has released its first ever screenshots to the interwibble. Will this ‘another’ FPS be able to follow on the footsteps of its acclaimed RPG counterpart? Only time shall tell. For now, jump ahead to watch the screenies. Kinda looks like Battlefield 2142 at night if you’d ask me…
FarCry 2 Boxart Revealed
FarCry 2 is easily one of the most anticipated PC exclusives for 2008. With Clint Hocking, the brains behind Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, taking the chair of Lead Developer in this scenario, there’s little doubt as to the game’s pending success. Play.tm have been able to snag a box art picture of this little bugger and though it’s a puny affair straining our eyes to see it clearly, it’s still there anyways. Click ahead.

The renewed release schedule of SEGA games shows Condemned 2 pushed back by a month (for both platforms). The game was first scheduled to release on February next year but now will be available in March. No definite release date was given.
Not much of a delay, is it? The game, if our belief is correct, was supposed to release at the last week of February. Couple of weeks off the mark for a slightly better product? We would take it!

According to 1up.com, Devil May Cry 4 on the PS3 will look and play better on the PS3 than the XBOX-360. News comes from this months gaming magazine in Japan called ‘Famitsu’ that the PS3 version of Devil May Cry 4 will feature exclusive content including: 5.1 LPCM audio, PSN support, and the option to install data to the hard drive. Apparently though, game data takes up 5GB of storage, but on the bright side of things, it removes all load times in the game.
Furthermore, Sony is poised to release a Devil May Cry 4 PS3 bundle in Japan for the die-hard button mashing fans. Just hope the price doesn’t make you cry though.
