It’s no secret that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is going to feature Zombies (yes, with a capital ‘Zee’). Treyarch practically folded the never-failing concept with World At War, and the tradition has continued since.
In a Twitter post today, the official Black Ops 2 channel published an image that shows a lady with fine features holding a skull with not-so-fine features on top of what we assume is blood and bones. The accompanied tagline was, “Zombies are coming… Where’s your shotgun?”
It depends. Which shotgun?
A few days back, Steam’s support Twitter page alerted fans to keep an eye out for all Valve feeds for an announcement. IGN themselves ran a teasing quote from G-Man’s famous Half Life 2 start-game speech on their Twitter account, mysteriously hinting at a possible colaboration with Valve to announce the next installment in the Half Life series. But alas, that doesn’t seem to be case.
So what can we expect from Valve at E3 then? Why, release dates for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and DoTA 2 of course, both which are in active development and rumored to release this year.
At least give us this, Valve. You monster.

There seems to be this, little, tiny possibility that Valve is currently preparing for announcement. And it might just be for Half Life 3.
@Steam_Support sent a status update alerting fans to “check out all #Valve feeds”. The Twitter links to this page which lists all of the Facebook, YouTube and Blog pages associated with Valve and its games.
Elsewhere, @IGN tweeted the following message:
Wake up and smell the ashes.

Fans will instantly know that the following phrase was said by G-Man to Gordon Freeman in Half Life 2 in what is now an iconic speech at the start of the game. This is a direct reference to Half Life, and unless IGN felt like quoting G-Man out of the blue, it seems the media giant has some news that they are cruely hiding.
Lastly, DNS for Half-Life3.com was updated on April 29, 2012 and was registered to Valve.
All arrows points to only one thing. But will it happen?
According to Siliconera, Electronic Arts has trademarked ‘SimOcean’, hinting at a possible new Sim game from the publishing giant.
It doesn’t necessarily mean that a game is currently in the works – they could be just be protecting their domain. But then we see it’s Electronic Arts and the possibility of that just diminishes.
During the recent Canadian Video Game Awards show, David Hayter, presenter of the evening, and the man behind the famous Metal Gear Solid character Solid Snake, answered one of gaming’s most pressing question: What would happen if you pitched Solid Snake against himself?
Well, let’s just say it’s a bit explosive-y and awkward. More of the latter.
