Forza Motorsport 3 Shifts Past 1 million Units
Gets 10-car Pack DLC.
Microsoft announced that its Turn-10 developed 360-exclusive sim-arcade racer Forza Motorsport 3 has surpassed sales of 1 million units in its first month of release.
And as in fashion, there are other number of “in million” stats to along with the report: Forza 3 logged in 6.6 million collective hours online across over 64 million playing sessions covering 590 million miles worth of track. The game was released on October 27, 2009 and if the aforementioned stats are anything to go by, people went nuts playing it.
Oh, and with this announcement, sort of ‘in-honor’, Microsoft has made available a Hot Holiday Car Pack which can be downloaded for 400 MS Points right now from Xbox Live. The DLC includes cars like:
