GTA IV Xbox 360-Exclusive DLC PC Bound?

Grand Theft Auto IV’s first 360 exclusive downloadable content, The Lost and Damned, maybe heading towards a PC release. This was brought to attention when GTA4.net spotted achievements relating to the DLC in a recent update released for the game on Games for Windows Live.
Currently, The Lost and Damned is part of a deal between Microsoft and Rockstar to produce two exclusive content for the 360 version of GTA IV, the other content being ‘The Ballad of Gay Tony’, both available on the platform for 1200 MS Points. However, as GTA4.net points out, the terms of the deal were never clear and it was never stated if the exclusivity of the DLC will be timed or if it would cover Microsoft’s Windows platform as well.
