EA to invest $80 million in next-gen development

Publishing giant in full preparation for the next in console business.
Investment for the next-generation of consoles has kick started from publisher Electronic Arts. The announcement was made after disclosures of a gritty fiscal year ending April 2012.
Although nothing is yet officially known regarding the upcoming generation of console gaming, the publisher has a well-kept $80 million to spend on developing future games for them unconfirmed platforms in fiscal 2013.
EA has disclosed a net revenue of $4.2 billion in fiscal 2012 and $1.2 in digital revenue.
