EA caught stealing designs from Warhammer 40K?

Tank designs are suspiciously similar.
There’s no rest for the wicked, they say. In Electronic Arts’ case, that’s not meant to be flattery. After taking heat for the Mass Effect 3 ending fiasco, the publisher is once again threading on troubled waters.
Keen eyed Warhammer 40K fans have noticed similarities between the table top game’s tank designs with EA’s upcoming Command & Conquer MMO, Tiberium Alliances.
While designs and artworks are bound to be inspired in a creative form like video games, Electronic Arts are here blamed for blatant plagiarism. Here are two examples:
Tiberium Alliances is currently in open beta, so it is possible that the designs could change over time. EA has yet to comment on this.
