5 things that make Far Cry 3 Multiplayer awesome
The definition of insane-ly fun to play.
At E3 last year, we got our first peek at Far Cry 3’s “stranded” trailer and we were completely blown away by it. The video featured a maniacal and sadistic Vaas Montenegro, one of the coolest video game bad guys we’ve seen in a long time, as well as a gorgeous island world with endless possibilities. Two days go, Ubisoft invited us to Blackall Studios in London to show us another incredible facet of the game – the multiplayer mode.
We made our way to Blackall Street in East London to the studio where we met Dan Berlin, game designer at Ubisoft Massive who’s working on Far Cry 3’s multiplayer mode. Formerly known as Massive Entertainment, the company has been responsible for developing titles such as Ground Control and World in Conflict. Having been acquired by Ubisoft in 2008, the studio now has over 230 members and has developed games like Assassin’s Creed Revelations.
Dan kicks off the multiplayer presentation and one thing is pretty clear – they’ve really put some thought into redefining the multiplayer experience.
Here are 5 awesome things that could possibly make Far Cry 3 the best multiplayer experience of 2012.
