Buying and using the new PlayStation Network Card is really easy. Once you have your card simply:
Step 1. Log on to PlayStation Network
Step 2. Visit PlayStation Store, select ‘Redeem Codes’ and enter the code
Step 3. That’s it! The money is instantly available to spend on whatever you want
