Below are two gameplay videos from the on-going beta of Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Valve’s next-gen remake of the popular online shooter. The videos shows the two available online modes in the beta: Arms Race and Classic Competitive.

In Arms Race, players must unlock every weapon by scoring a kill. The progression of unlocked weapons ends with the knife. The first player to get a kill with every weapon wins the match.

Classic Competitive is exactly what it says – it’s team deathmatch, 5v5, original Counter Strike-like, with the only difference being that the money budget per round is allotted to the team, than to individual player.

Note: The player’s performance is affected due to severe lag and other variables and does not represent the player’s actual skills. He is pretty good actually. Swear.
