Silent Hill: Book of Memories delayed
Vita’s survival horror to miss release date again.
You may have your clean pair of pants ready. You may be eager to use it. However, Konami, who’s Silent Hill: Book of Memories for Vita that you await, is not ready yet. The publisher, who planned to release the survival horror on Vita’s launch day and then moved it to March 27, has once again decided to delay the game.
Konami has not yet zeroed in on a new date, but has only suggested we “stay tuned” for one. According to RipTen, retailers have posted a placeholder release date of May 31, 2012, which seems unlikely as the day falls on a Thursday and North American releases only arrive on Tuesdays.
Silent Hill: Book of Memories looks to explore “new dimensions” of the Silent Hill universe by featuring a co-op mode that lets players band together in the Otherworlds.
