Bethesda vs. Mojang battle ends, can make a Scrolls game

But Bethesda keeps the trademark.
Bethesda have settled their matter with Mojang for using the name ‘Scrolls’, but unfortunately not over a Quake match.
As Notch explained, Bethesda gets to keep the trademark, but the studio is free to make a game using the word ‘Scrolls’ in it.
“The settlement is that we give them the trademark, get to keep the name, and won’t make an elder scrolls competitor using the name.”
This is precisely what Notch requested when Bethesda first took objection to the name. Guess they had to spend countless dollars on lawyers to come to terms with the preposterous idea.
