Mass Effect 3 fans have lobbed a cluster-petition ‘nade at BioWare, “demanding” the developer to change the game’s sucky endings.

You can read the petition here, but mind your clicks – it has bouts of spoilers about the game’s ending.

It’s a three-pronged attack, with a regular petition page (hosted on BioWare Social Network), as well Twitter and Facebook pages. There’s also a poll on the BioWare forums which already has more than 12,000 votes for “Endings suck, we want a brighter one.”

The change is demanded either by an update or a DLC. Will BioWare heed to this? We will keep an eye on it.

Also, is it just me or does a potentially crappy ending want you to finish the game even quicker?
