Is this the official God of War IV trailer?

Shaky cam footage says so.
A shaky cam footage of the official, unreleased trailer for God of War IV is making the rounds of the interwebs.
The trailer starts of with the Sony and Santa Monica logos, before delving into a smear of cloud and dust, eventually revealing a pure white God of War IV logo. A weapon seems to appear in the final frames but is blurred beyond recognition.
Is it me, or does the screen the footage it’s record from looks as big as a PS Vita’s…?
