By Khalil Daou on March 1, 2012
Famitsu lifts the lid on a PSP version of the Atlus classic.
Following last year’s Persona: Innocent Sin, Atlus will bring back Eternal Punishment, the second part of the saga and the classic PSone title to the PSP.
As revealed via the latest issue of Japanese publication Famitsu, the Atlus RPG will hit stores on May 17. That is however, in Japan. A western release has yet to be confirmed.
The PSP iteration of the game will add new scenarios, an anime opening from Madhouse, improved load times, in addition to optional refined tracks.
While Shouji Meguro will be directing the sequel, Tadashi Satomi, who wrote the scenarios for the original game, will be working on the new ones in the PSP version.
