Five Promising Upcoming PS Vita Titles
When twenty launch titles are not enough.
The guys at Irrational games are already working on polishing up the highly anticipated Bioshock Infinite which is expected to arrive sometime in 2012. However, they are also working on a Bioshock title being in development specifically for the PS Vita. Not much is known about this new Bioshock entry other than that it will be an entirely new game. The title will use the PS Vita’s features such as the touch screen and the touch panel to create a unique Bioshock experience only possible on the PS Vita. Even though nothing is set in stone yet, Irrational games are folks that seldom do something wrong and it will be interesting to see how they approach creating a Bioshock game to be released on the PS Vita.
Vanillaware is known for creating some of the most amazing and unique RPG titles in the market. Their new game, Dragon’s Crown, is a 2D fantasy action-RPG that puts you as one of 6 playable characters that is protecting the Dragon Crown from the hands of evil magic users. The game will support online and adhoc co-op as well as the ability to transfer your save files between the PS3 and PS Vita versions of the game. Almost every game that ever came out from Vanillaware is a force to be reckoned with, and Dragon’s Crown is looking to be no different.
Persona 4: The Golden
Persona 4 on the PS2 came at the very end of the PS2’s lifecycle and was one of the greatest JRPGs out for the system. The game combined social-sim elements with a great gameplay and characters that allowed for a greatly enriching experience. Persona 4: The Golden is an updated version of the outstanding game on the PS2 and is looking to add a ton of content such as additional missions, brand new cut scenes, and brand new characters. This title is looking to be a great improvement over the original and packs in a deep engaging JRPG you can take with you anywhere on the go.
