Fancy some hectic on the go brawlers for your iOS device? Namco has rolled out its own weapons-based Dreamcast fighting classic, SoulCalibur.

Available on the Apple iTunes Store, the game features the 19 characters – all of them from the original debut release of the fighting title. The iOS release takes advantage of the phone’s Retina display allowing for beautiful graphics. The game supports iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPad 2 running iOS version 4.3 or higher.

Now perhaps the only thing that could really put interested gamers off – other than the fact that it doesn’t run on an iPhone 3GS or because of the less-superior touch-screen functionality – it’s the pricing. Namco wants from you $11.99 for SoulCalibur iOS. Actually the game is currently on sale, so better hurry up if you REALLY have this one on mind, otherwise you’re looking into spending $15 in the future.

Other than his excessively biased enthusiasm toward gaming, and technology behind the whole industry, there's a huge fondness inside that drives him nuts to pick up his keyboard and start writing for the love of it.
