A playable demo of Brutal Legends, the rocking action game from Double Fine Productions and Electronic Arts, is now available on Xbox Live.

Content: Brütal Legend Demo
Price: Free
Availability: Not available in India, Japan and Korea
Dash Text: [ESRB: M (Mature) BLOOD AND GORE,INTENSE VIOLENCE,PARTIAL NUDITY,STRONG LANGUAGE,SUGGESTIVE THEMES,GAME EXPERIENCE MAY CHANGE DURING ONLINE PLAY] Brütal Legend is an action game from the mind of Tim Schafer. Eddie Riggs, a roadie chosen by the Rock Gods and played by Jack Black, must battle through a heavy metal fantasy world to save humanity and slay demons — using only a broad axe, his guitar Clementine, and an army of metal heads.

Interestingly, the demo seems to be available for all the users and not just to Gold members. Look, there is no gold crown on the marketplace page.

We stand corrected. The demo is not available to Silver members. Even though the Gold crown is missing from the marketplace page, we were unable to queue the download from either it or Xbox Live.
