Gran Turismo 5 getting new DLC
Another six cars and new course to be added.
Sony’s flagship sim racer Gran Turismo 5 will receive an additional batch of premium downloadable content. The announcement was made by Brian Dunn, associate product marketing manager for Polyphony Digital.
Starting next Tuesday, users can shell out cash to grab two new packs. Both downloadable packs are set for a simultaneous release.
Priced at $5.99, the first add-on is a Car Pack, which adds six new fancy automobiles to your garage, including the Jaguar XJR-9 LM racecar, Aston Martin V12 Vantage, 66′ Volkswagen 1200, Mini Cooper S Countryman, Nissan Leaf as well as Lamborghini’s beast supercar, the 700 horsepower Aventador.
The other downloadable pack will set you Gran Turismo enthusiasts for another $3.99. It features the Route X test course.
