Blizzard has strictly denied rumors that its awaited action-RPG Diablo III is releasing next month.
Communicating via his Twitter account, community manager Bashiok said the following:
“Diablo III does not have a release date. Any store or person claiming otherwise is guessing.”
“Retailers will not know a date until its officially announced through a press release.”
“We can’t really keep every individual retail shop from making up a date.”
So, there. We admit we did get excited, but it seemed too implausible to be true, which was the case in the end.
Diablo III is scheduled to release on the PC, hopefully, sometime this year.
