Epic Games to unveil new franchise at SpikeTV VGA

It will be “surprising”.
Epic Games plans to announce a “brand new” franchise at the upcoming SpikeTV Video Game Awards.
According to lead designer Cliff Bleszinski, the franchise will be quite “surprising”.
“It’s not what any of you think,” said Bleszinski on Twitter. “Brand new stuff.”
Bleszinski also confirmed that the new game won’t have space marines (oh thank the lord!), and suggested fans to follow designer Lee Perry to know more about the game.
Any guess on what it could be? It can’t be any of its three franchises – Gears of War and Bulletstorm just had releases, and isn’t exactly “new”. Ditto for Infinity Blade. Whatever it is, let’s just hope it is not the military-war-COD-kind.
