Games are a cut-throat business of metascores and A+ ratings. Anything below the ‘standard’ 9 is unfathomable, a complete failure of years of hard work, even if the game averages on 8.9 and sells a few million units. If it’s not 9, it’s not fine.

Taking on this tropical and controversial topic, Mega64 is producing a heart-wrenching story of a popular game reviewer who takes a wrong turn when he rates Uncharted 3 an 8.5. What happens next is only the worst you can imagine.
