Yes Saints Row: The Third has yet to hit the streets; and here’s THQ indirectly confirming the existence of a follow-up to its over-the-top open-world actioner.

The publisher’s exec Danny Bilson already reckons that Volition’s upcoming project in the series will be even more mental than Saints Row: The Third. Though, I’m not really sure if it’s a good PR slip out, considering that the third installment is still holding a pre-release status.

“Like any game, if you have a great creative core to it you just keep exploiting that core,” he told G4.

“I already know what Saints Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than this one. It’s a good example of how you take what you have and you say, ‘What can happen in the next?’” he added.

That’s however, a teaser from the full interview. We’ll keep you posted once more info dips in.

Other than his excessively biased enthusiasm toward gaming, and technology behind the whole industry, there's a huge fondness inside that drives him nuts to pick up his keyboard and start writing for the love of it.
