Battlefield 3 is not even out the door yet (tomorrow for US; 27th for the Middle East) and Electronic Arts is already teasing a new Medal of Honor title.

The teaser is in form a plain black leaflet with a laughing skull, the number ’1′ and Medal Of Honor’s initials and website printed on it. The leaflet was found during an unboxing of Battlefield 3′s Limited Edition by a YouTube user.

This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to those who have been faithfully following the series. Developer Danger Close had confirmed a sequel was in the works in Feburary, saying “we can’t wait to tell you more about it, so check back often to the website and the fan page on Facebook.”

The 2010 Medal of Honor reboot failed to impress many, averaging about 73% on Metacritic across all platforms. Commercially, however, the game has done phenomenally well, selling 5 million units since launch.
